By purchasing and participating in the Quiet Cultural Residency Program,
you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Participation
Participants are responsible for obtaining any necessary travel documents,
visas, insurance, and transportation arrangements.
Accommodation
Accommodation is provided in a traditional Japanese residence.
Participants are expected to respect local customs, hosts, staff members, and fellow participants.
Program Changes
The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to schedules, activities, accommodations,
or program content necessary for safety, operational, or environmental reasons, including circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Cancellation
Due to the advance preparations required for this program, cancellations and refunds are not available after purchase.
However, exceptions may apply in cases of force majeure (including natural disasters and other unforeseen events), cancellation by the organizer, or where required by applicable law.
Liability
Participants accept personal responsibility for their participation.
The organizer shall not be liable for personal injury, illness, travel disruptions, visa issues,
or loss of personal belongings except where required by applicable law.
This exclusion applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward hosts, local residents, staff members, and other participants.
The organizer reserves the right to terminate participation without refund in case of serious misconduct.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

By purchasing this program, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
